1/2 cup of chia seeds
2 cups of unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk
1 Tablespoon of maple syrup or raw honey
Fruit of your choice
Add 1/2 cup of chia seeds into a mixing bowl.
Next, add 2 cups of unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk.
Add 1 Tablespoon of raw honey or maple syrup.
Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Stir all together. Your chia seeds will start to gel almost instantly.
Set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Take your pudding out of the refrigerator and notice that your chia seeds have transformed into a thick pudding consistency.
Add your choice of fruit toppings.
