Fiber-Filled Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

1/2 cup of chia seeds

2 cups of unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk

1 Tablespoon of maple syrup or raw honey

Fruit of your choice


Directions:


  1. Add 1/2 cup of chia seeds into a mixing bowl.

  2. Next, add 2 cups of unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk.

  3. Add 1 Tablespoon of raw honey or maple syrup.

  4. Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  5. Stir all together. Your chia seeds will start to gel almost instantly.

  6. Set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.

  7. Take your pudding out of the refrigerator and notice that your chia seeds have transformed into a thick pudding consistency.

  8. Add your choice of fruit toppings.

  9. Enjoy!
