1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 cup of mixed berries (Frozen or unfrozen) [Strawberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries]
2 cups of unsweetened Almond or coconut milk
Tips: You can add more berries, nuts, or coconut flakes for toppings. You can also add ice to your smoothie instead of frozen mixed berries.
